PowerToys Run: Allow user to change what Ctrl+C does.

Personally, I don't see the point in only copying the File Path. To me, as someone who works in design, it would be great to have the option to copy the file instead.

Scenario when this would be used?

It would be great to quickly copy-paste files into e.g File Explorer, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. directly from Powertoys Run with ctr+c.
