Description

Hello there,

I'm having issues with creating a dev account. I'm trying to publish an Edge extension, but I'm at a dead end. This probably isn't the right place to look for help, but I dont know where else.

I'm at the registration form for a developer account: https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/account/exp/enrollnow/msedgeaddons
I complete the form and I get this message:

We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked. If you require further information please reach out to Microsoft support with reference number: xxx and transaction ID: xxx

The problem is that the support page link takes me in circles and greyed out fields. No link to support seems to lead to something that works. Does anyone have a working link to an actual support page, or an email perhaps?
