Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified. Start by reviewing the existing XINPUT and Windows.Gaming.Input vibration support and clarify which timed helpers and DirectInput-like effects are required; the issue is complete only when the agreed helper behavior is implemented and verified.
Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
Description
The XINPUT / Windows.Gaming.Input vibration control is very basic. It would be useful to have some helper for common timed functions to provide a little of what was supported back in DirectInput effects.
