Describe the bug
The sample does not generate clickable citations that link directly to specific page numbers in PDF documents. Additionally, the 'swap-citations.yml' configuration appears to be limited to a single SharePoint site, which restricts scalability across multiple sites.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Copy the 'swap-citations.yml' code
Go to your custom Copilot Studio agent with Generative Orchestration enabled.
Upload an internal pdf document from a SharePoint site of around 7 MB to the knowledge source.
Create a new topic named 'AI Response Generated' and paste the code from Step 1 in code editor.
Update the variable "externalWebsiteURL" to reflect your internal SharePoint URL, including the directory that contains this document.
Save the topic and test the solution.
The responses are generated with clickable citations that don't point to the specific page.

Expected behavior
Citations should be clickable and link directly to the referenced page numbers in PDF documents. The YAML configuration should support multiple SharePoint sites to enable broader document coverage.

This enhancement would significantly improve traceability and usability of AI-generated responses in enterprise environments where documents are distributed across multiple SharePoint sites.
