Done means timestamps render instead of NaN and AI-generated bot responses are no longer blank.

Description

We have successfully installed the custom analytics for Power BI.

Everything is working as expected except for the chat transcript visualization.

For some reason instead of the timestamp we see the NaN error.

And also, the bot responses generated by IA, I mean the ones that are not from the system show as blank

Can you advice or share any thoughts?
