Apart from UBUNTU & CENTOS, also need an alpine build on which the gcr.io/k8s-staging-ingress-nginx/controller:v1.5.1 is based on.

Please include the Dockerfile for alpine build in your samples.

Alpine v3.16 support needed at minimum
