Description

It would be an awesome addition if PapaParse would support ReadableStream, too. There is already support for the Node.js world, but they are available in browsers, too. This would work very handy with the fetch API (see #182)

Research direction
Implementing ReadableStream support in PapaParse requires understanding the Streams API specification (https://streams.spec.whatwg.org/) and how it integrates with the fetch API. The existing Node.js streaming support in PapaParse can serve as a reference. Key files to examine are likely the main parser entry point and any existing stream handling code. The issue references #182 for fetch integration, so reviewing that discussion is important. The implementation should allow piping a ReadableStream from a fetch response directly into PapaParse for CSV parsing.
