Description

Similar to the Provider badge for api models in the model selector, there should be a badge for the models that are downloaded so the user knows. Additionally, models that are not download should have the button say “Download & Load” or something similar along with the storage the model takes.

Locate the model selector UI component in the codebase, identify the logic for displaying provider badges, and replicate it to show a 'downloaded' badge. Also, update the button text for non downloaded models to 'Download & Load' and display the model storage size.
