Research direction
Start by locating the framework's handling of SSO, password authentication, and double puppeting, then compare the expected com.devture.shared_secret_auth behavior. Confirm how shared-secret authentication should work when password auth is disabled, and add coverage showing that double puppeting can be enabled in that configuration.

Description
It seems that currently while primary login is via SSO, it's not really possible to enable double puppeting.
Please support it if password auth is not enabled.
