Summary

Currently, when moving a board to another category from the sidebar, I can only select existing categories. There may be cases where I want to move the board to a new category. To do so, I'd first have to create the new category, then go back to the Options Menu (...) from the sidebar and move the board.

If we can add a "Create New Category" option under the existing categories in the menu (similar to Channels), it would allow users to easily move boards to a newly created category.

Research direction
To implement this feature, examine the existing 'Move To...' menu in the sidebar (likely in webapp/src/components/sidebar). The Channels sidebar already has a 'Create New Category' option. Study how the menu is rendered and how categories are created. The issue has an assignee and comments suggesting it may be in progress; check for any branch or linked PR. The required change is to add a menu item that triggers category creation and refreshes the list.
