Description

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of any card
  2. Click on the Add Content button and select "Text"
  3. Hover over the new "Text" field and select the ... button on the left
  4. Mouse over the "Insert above" option
  5. Without clicking on anything, scroll down so the mouse is below the context menu
  6. See error

Expected behavior

Context menu should be fully visible without requiring any scrolling. Related to https://github.com/mattermost/focalboard/issues/2189

Examine the context menu component's CSS, focusing on positioning and scroll handling. The bug occurs when scrolling while hovering over the menu, causing it to not be fully visible. Check for overflow properties on ancestor elements. Relates to issue #2189. Use browser DevTools to inspect the menu's computed styles and identify the container causing the scroll issue. A potential fix could involve using `position: fixed` or adjusting the overflow of a parent element.
