Description

For instance, when someone creates a concern the bot won't reply to it, as saying "Concern added" would be a bit noisy. However, people do get confused as Github doesn't show other user's comment edits unless the page is refreshed.

A 👍 reaction to the comment (assuming these are streamed and don't require a browser refresh) would probably be the cleanest way to give some acknowledgement.

...or perhaps people might think the bot is broken and the ultimate solution is to post a comment and informing the user that they need to refresh to see it in the original post...
