Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'm finding people think the moderation bot can be talked to and that the messages go somewhere useful, like they're forwarded to an admin.

Describe the solution you'd like

Either a canned reply or forwarding the message to a room or a person.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've tried changing the name of the bot to make it clear that it is a bot, but that has not been successful.
