Description

Since #9341 we recommend to put the tracking code into <head>. However, it is not valid HTML (which might be important to quite a few users) and not even sure if the noscript would actually work.

Add a note to the Matomo tracking code documentation (likely in docs/ folder) stating that when the tracking code is placed in <head>, the fallback <noscript> element should be placed in <body> for valid HTML.
