current workflow is to deactivate the current active theme to use the default theme again. This is not clear as I just noticed by watching someone use Piwik. Instead we should offer eg a "Use" button which is available on all themes (including Morpheus).

Research direction
Look at the theme management UI code, likely in the 'themes' directory. Examine how themes are activated/deactivated and add a 'Use' button to each theme listing. Note that no comments or PRs exist on this issue, so it's untouched.
