There are a few videos explains how to use Piwik. These could be linked from the inline help:

Research direction
First, locate where inline help is rendered in Matomo's UI (likely in PHP templates). Then, create individual pages on piwik.org for each video, e.g., 'piwik.org/videos/visitors' etc., and link them from the inline help sections. The issue references #3229 and mentions 'academy' keyword; check that issue for context. Also review existing inline help to understand the pattern for adding links.
