Summary

Admin users should preferably have the option to choose between Real-Time segments and Pre-Processed segments. Currently only a Super User has the option to choose anything other than the default option for processing segments: image

Would likely want to keep this disabled by default and allow Super Users to enable this setting?

Investigate how Super Users currently choose between Real Time and Pre Processed segments and extend that functionality to Admin users. The UI element shown in the screenshot is likely in the segment creation form; find the related code and add a permission check so that Admin users can also see and use the option, possibly enabled by a Super User setting.
