Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the linear progress component entry point and its tests in material-web, then compare the current behavior with the linked Material Design 3 guidance. Done means the component has the specified animations, rounded corners, and end dot and is covered by appropriate tests.

Description

Description

The new linear progress bar implemented in Material Design 3 is not yet present in material-web. It contains:

  • New animations
  • Rounded corners
  • A dot at the end of the bar.

This is needed to ensure material-web is fully compliant with Material Design specs.
