Description

It would be nice to allow to specify what should be rendered inside a SelectArrayInput when no choice is selected. This feature is already present in the SelectInput.

For example:

Research direction
Examine the implementation of `emptyText` in `SelectInput` (likely in `packages/ra ui materialui/src/input/SelectInput.tsx`). Then replicate the logic in `SelectArrayInput` (same directory), including prop types, rendering condition, and test updates. Consider any differences in how `SelectArrayInput` handles selections (array vs single value).
