Research direction

Start by comparing the current or-tools 6.0 integration in node-or-tools with the 6.7.1 release linked in the issue, then inspect the Node.js bindings and their dependency configuration. Done means the project links against 6.7.1 and any useful new knobs identified during the comparison are exposed through the bindings.

Description

Looks like v6.7.1 of or-tools has been released. We're currently only linking against 6.0 (from May, 2017). We should update, and see if there are new knobs we can expose.
