Research direction
Start by locating the CLI's API-key authentication and domain upload entry points. Check how anonymous uploads are supported by the service, then define the warning behavior and verify that authenticated uploads still work while anonymous uploads are accepted.

Description
Currently the CLI requires you be authenticated with an API key. Since domain uploads anonymously are possible, this should be explicitly allowed via the CLI (perhaps with a warning to the user).
