torrent-stream will likely want this too, though I'm guessing at a fairly low priority. Adding a link to https://github.com/feross/webtorrent/issues/69 in order to track progress across torrent-stream and bittorrent-client. See the webtorrent issue for a thorough breakdown.

Review the linked webtorrent issue #69 for a detailed breakdown. Examine the current streaming implementation in lib/ to understand where to add encryption. Since this issue is old and has no assignee, initiate a discussion on the approach with maintainers or the community before coding.
