Add a section covering ingestion from the GDELT S3 bucket while preserving the HTTP approach. Update examples for S3 gdelt
Consider adding a section mentioning we can ingest from the gdelt S3 bucket as well here in addition to downloading the file from http
https://github.com/locationtech/geomesa/blob/master/docs/user/accumulo/examples.rst
But don't assume all users have S3 access or creds, etc. Make sure it works with little or no configuration.
