[BUG] PHP Imagemagick Warning

Start with the Docker image build configuration and the lychee service in the provided Docker Compose setup; inspect how PHP Imagick and ImageMagick versions are installed. Reproduce the container startup and compare the compiled and loaded versions. Done means the current container starts without the repeated Imagick version warning.
