Research direction

Start by reproducing the release alert on Linux Mint 21.2 after 21.3 is available, then inspect how the alert relates to System Reports and the “Ignore this report” action. Done means the alert is not shown spuriously and ignoring it behaves consistently without leaving an empty report.

Description

I'm running Linux Mint 21.2
Since 21.3 came out, I get the alert but always find System Reports empty.
This, despite clicking "Ignore this report" (various times.)
