Steps to reproduce

Open an app on regular 16:9 monitor, for example in Android Desktop Mode available with Android 16 QPR3 (few days already). There are plenty of issues... Do I need to report them? Is app planned to be working properly in desktop mode in non-vertical mode like any other desktop apps? Just asking.
