Description
Like others (see related issues) I'm struggling with installing rugged, either because of missing tools / libraries (like CMake) or simply because it takes long.
So how about simply publishing native / binary gems for selected platform, like e.g. Nokogiri does (probably via https://github.com/rake-compiler/rake-compiler-dock)?
