Description

You can set multiple languages and locations, please see SDK API for reference. We may want to limit the # a user can add.

Contributor guide

Research direction
Examine the LBRY SDK API to understand how languages and locations are handled for channels. Then, implement UI components in the desktop app to allow users to add/edit these fields, possibly with a limit on the number of selections.
