Research direction
Examine the referenced sibling issue #198 for context on adding database support. Explore the existing PostgreSQL integration tests and documentation in the sqlx repository. Set up a local YugabyteDB instance (e.g., via Docker) and run the PostgreSQL test suite against it to identify any required modifications. Then update the documentation to include YugabyteDB as a supported database, following the existing format.
