What would you like to be added

Update content/ja/docs/setup/production-environment/tools/kubeadm/setup-ha-etcd-with-kubeadm.md to follow the latest version of the original (English) text.

Why is this needed

The Japanese translation is incomplete and out of sync with the upstream English version. Most of the body text remains in English while only headings are translated.

Compare the English version at content/en/docs/setup/production environment/tools/kubeadm/setup ha etcd with kubeadm.md with the Japanese version at content/ja/docs/setup/production environment/tools/kubeadm/setup ha etcd with kubeadm.md. The Japanese file currently has most body text untranslated (in English) while headings are translated. Translate the remaining sections into Japanese, following the Kubernetes Japanese localization style guide referenced in the issue. Ensure the translation is accurate and consistent with existing localized content. Submit a pull request with the updated file.
