Why is this needed

Part of https://github.com/kubernetes/website/issues/25943. The source code to move resides here. You can refer to https://github.com/kubernetes/website/issues/45600 to see how it can be done.

Fork the kubernetes/website repo, locate the source content in kubernetes sigs/cli experimental, and move the Resource Printing pages into the kubectl reference section following the same patterns.
