Description

Would be useful to have debug logging to help debug tests that fail in CI. We should also add a verbosity CLI argument to control when it is used and add it to the CI system.

Implement debug logging using logrus or built in log package. Add a v/ verbose flag to set log level. Integrate with CI by adding verbose flag to test commands.
