Description

docker/templates/killbill/latest/setenv2.sh and docker/templates/kaui/latest/setenv2.sh were created to support legacy properties. These files are not needed otherwise, as they are generated by ansible/templates/killbill/conf/setenv2.sh.j2 and ansible/templates/kaui/conf/setenv2.sh.j2.

Get rid of these files now and update release notes that we are breaking backward compatibility.
