Proposal

Okteto is a tool designed for improving the user experience developing in Kubernetes. Despite there is a paid service, the open source cli looks enough for improving our development experience.

From the high level, Okteto deploys the code into the cluster, executes it and attach the local debugger to the pod. This improves the debugging scenarios for metric server and webhooks and it's something to take into account also for pod identity scenarios
