I think riak TS and riak KV should be written as separate scalers (as in redis-lists and redis streams)

Study existing scalers (e.g., Redis) in the KEDA repository to understand the scaler interface and pattern, then implement a new scaler for Riak TS following the same structure. Familiarize yourself with Riak TS's time series data model and query API.
