Description

For any reason, a preprocessor is not working for me atm. In Debug-Level, it even shows no information about preprocessors, if a non existing name is taken.

The logging should be as clear as for the reporters.

Investigate the current logging implementation for preprocessors in the Karma codebase. Look at how reporters handle logging (e.g., in lib/reporters/) and identify the preprocessor related files (likely in lib/preprocessors/). The goal is to add similar clear debug level logging when a preprocessor name is not found. Examine the existing preprocessor loading and execution flow to add meaningful log messages.
