There is an alternative way to authenticate API calls(kafka ui) that work simultaneously with OAuth2. Today, considering that you are using OAuth2, it is not possible to make a fully programmatic call as you need to interact with the browser to generate the cookie necessary to authenticate the calls.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Adding an alternative way to authenticate API calls that work simultaneously with OAuth2, could be the option to generate "Api key" to make these calls, or a method so that it is possible to make calls to Kafka UI APIs using Oauth2 programmatically.

Additional context
The idea is to be able to use data from the api that lists the health of the connectors to generate metrics on which ones are UP, route /api/clusters/Cloud/connectors for example.
