Description

As an aside, perhaps all services-flake service should check for lockfile on its data directory and crash immediately if it was acquired.

Investigate how services flake defines data directories for services and add a mechanism to acquire and check a lockfile before starting the service. Use Nix to implement a lockfile acquisition step, possibly using flock or lockfile command. Ensure the service crashes if lock cannot be acquired.
