Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Add Github Actions to build each hello world apps.

Describe the solution you'd like Build and deploy the hello world apps. Add the workflow actions - each framework has its own actions. That means changes in the angular app should build angular app only.

Contributor guide

Research direction
Create separate GitHub Actions workflows for each framework (Angular, React, Svelte, Vue) that trigger only on changes to their respective directories. Use conditional job execution with 'paths' filter. Refer to GitHub Actions documentation for matrix strategies if desired.
