Research direction
Investigate how the current tool maps ESLint rules to documentation URLs. Extend it to support eslint plugin babel by adding the plugin's rule documentation URL pattern. The issue is blocked on the babel plugin defining its documentation URLs (see linked issue). Once that is resolved, implement the mapping.
