Description

Thank you for providing wait-on! This utility is extremely useful in docker containers.

I'd like to use this on machines where Node/NPM may not be available. Can wait-on be provided as binary packages (for e.g., using pkg)?

I'm willing to submit a PR if you can provide suggestions on how to do this.
