Description

The difference between "operational" and "outage" is (visually) heavily based on red/green which might be harder to use for people with (so called) color blindness.

I'll see if i find the time to make an alternate suggestion via pull request.

Research direction
Examine the current status page templates (likely in the templates folder) to identify where the operational/outage status is rendered with only color. Consider adding an icon or additional text label such as a checkmark for operational and an X for outage. Also check the CSS files for color definitions and ensure that contrast ratios meet WCAG standards.
