Research direction

Start with 1-js/01-getting-started/2-manuals-specifications/article.md and compare it with the English version, using the linked markdownlint rules to identify formatting violations. Review the other Turkish Markdown files similarly; done means formatting issues such as MD022 are corrected, while typo and meaning fixes remain out of scope.
