Description

Seems, S&R is not supported. Any chance it will be added? A S&R limited to one column would be nice as well.

Study the existing CSV editing and display code in TableTool. Then implement a search and replace feature with an option to limit to a single column. Look at the UI for similar features (e.g., Find) and extend it.
