Description

The default value of CoarseTimePoint is represented by 0, which is an arbitrary point in time. CoarseTimePoint::min(), on the other hand, is the value that we consider "uninitialized" for the purposes of the IsInitialized function.

The IsInitialized function for CoarseTimePoint was introduced in 288330db51749705d770dd9f4a66f1fc25c15283.
