説明

我使用的是基于Azure OpenAI搭建的OpenAI接口服务，Azure的内容审查要比OpenAI原版严格很多，时常出现因为内容审查导致翻译出错的情况，会显示“The response was filtered due to the prompt triggering Azure OpenAI’s content management policy. Please modify your prompt and retry.”，能否支持在限定时间未得到翻译结果的情况下直接跳过这段从而尝试翻译下一段的功能

調査方針
Review the main translation loop in the project's source code (likely in make book.py or similar). Identify where the Azure API call is made and how errors are currently handled. Add a timeout mechanism or a configurable retry limit; upon repeated failures due to content filter, skip translating that segment and log a warning. Ensure the skip does not break the overall epub generation.
