What version of WebTorrent Desktop are you using? 0.24.0

What operating system and version? macOS 13.4

What problem do you want to solve? Similarly to #778, the desktop app lacks the possibility to bind to a specific network interface only.

What do you think is the correct solution to this problem? Implement a preference that allows one to choose which network interface to bind to, like qBittorrent

Look at the WebTorrent library's download options to see if binding to an interface is supported (e.g., via ` bind` or a similar flag).
