Proposal Summary

Support rotated box to export to CVAT. Currently, the rotated box is represented as a Polyline and converted to CVAT as a Polygon Shape. So I can't edit it there. Moreover, it can't be converted to Rectangle in CVAT

Examine the current CVAT export code in the FiftyOne repository, likely in `fiftyone/utils/export.py` or a dedicated CVAT module. Understand how rotated boxes are currently represented as polylines and how other shapes (e.g., rectangles) are exported. Determine the correct CVAT annotation format for rotated rectangles and implement the conversion to allow editing as rectangles in CVAT. Check existing tests for export functionality and ensure the new implementation is covered.
