What is the issue?
I've got a windows pc and a mac laptop setup, installed exact same version of the latest beta of 4 (but the same was happening on 3 stable), using exact same home network, exact same vpn that connects to exact same IP.
And when i test download the same torrent i see speeds like 4mb per second on mac laptop but 160kb/s on windows pc. It feels as if there is something artificially denying pc the peers. I checked that both have same settings in terms of network/auth preferences.
